Okay the fact that you are here reading this blog post makes me so happy! You have probably been through my website, and are now wondering what the booking process looks like! Let’s talk through it together!

Contact me!

First things first. If you’ve even CONSIDERED using L E F Photo for your wedding day, go ahead and reach out! Shoot me a message and let’s be friends!! When you contact me, and I have your date available, I’ll send you a brochure with all of the details about L E F Weddings! You can select a pre-made package that you’d like, an a la carte selection, or right down all of your questions! (If I don’t have your wedding date available I’ll be so sad, but am happy to offer some suggestions of photographers I love!)

Phone Call

Next, we’ll set up a phone call. This is my favorite part. I LOVE getting to chat with you on the phone, and learn all about your wedding day. It gives me the chance to feel out what your wedding day will look like, and help me to create a custom package just for you. I want you to get the best bang for your buck! We’ll make sure that I am there for all of the important things, and all of the moments that you are so looking forward to!

Contract and Retainer

After our phone call I’ll write up a mock schedule for you according to what we talked about that will give you the best timing for each event. I send that to you with a proposal of your custom package and a contract. To save your date, all you need to do is sign the contract and pay a 30% non-refundable retainer fee. The rest won’t be due until the month before your wedding! You can pay the balance however you want! We can break it down into monthly fees, two or three payments, or all at once! Whatever works best for you, because I understand planning a wedding tightens your wallet for a minute. Payments all go through HoneyBook, which is a well known, safe and secure client management software.

You’re Booked!

Oh man I’m SO PUMPED that you have given your trust to me to capture your special day. I can NOT wait to be with you for all of the moments. We are going to capture the most beautiful love and you’re not going to have to worry about a single thing. Don’t worry you’ll be hearing from me for little things from now until your wedding. We'll plan the engagement session together; I'll help you find the best location, help you put together outfits, and send you little forms to make sure we have all the details for your wedding! I'll confirm the schedule and details of the wedding the month and week before to make sure we have everything set in stone. I understand that things change, but I'll always be flexible to what you need! This is going to be the best. Take a big breath, you just checked off a HUGE chunk of your wedding planning.
