When Alexa reach out to ask me to take Baby announcement pictures, I was so thrilled that she and Cody were finally expecting their first! Cody and my husband have been buddies since high school, so it’s so special to watch their family grow!

They’re only in town for a short time during my holiday break. But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Although I couldn’t take them down to the beach, the bowl in the lakebed ended up being a beautiful backdrop to announce the pregnancy of their first baby boy.
I can’t wait to meet that baby boy!
They brought Cody‘s parents along to share the excitement! It was so cute - the grandparents-to-be were taking pictures of each other with the ultrasound! Cody and Alexa, your baby boy is so lucky to be joining your family. You guys are going to be the best parents! Congratulations! Can’t wait to meet that baby boy!
